MEET THE LITTLE BEES
Little Bees is an English Educational Program created and managed by ACCAI.
Every Saturday, children from kindergarten through 6th grade come together to learn English through engaging lessons, creative activities, and a supportive environment designed to build confidence and curiosity.
For many of these children, learning English is more than acquiring a new language —it opens doors to future educational and professional opportunities in one of Costa Rica’s most international regions.
Why English?

English creates opportunities. It allows children to communicate with visitors from around the world,
access better educational resources, and prepare
for careers in tourism, hospitality, business, and
countless other industries.
More importantly, it gives them confidence
to dream bigger.
Why Brasilito, Guanacaste?
Brasilito is more than a beautiful beach town —it’s home to a close-knit community full of talented, curious children with incredible potential.
As tourism and international investment continue
to grow throughout Guanacaste, we believe local children should have the opportunity to grow alongside it.
Through English education, we’re helping them build confidence, expand their horizons, and prepare for the future they deserve.
How We Work Together
ACCAI
Operates and manages the Little Bees educational program, coordinating the teacher, volunteers, and weekly activities.
Little Bees
Provides free weekly English lessons and educational enrichment for children from kindergarten through 6th grade, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and new opportunities.
Apoyando Costa Rica
The fundraising initiative supporting Little Bees, founded by Tico Be Like in partnership with SagamoreHill Broadcasting LLC. The program is made possible primarily through SagamoreHill Broadcasting’s generous support, complemented by contributions from my clients and the Tico Be Like community.
Tico Be Like
Connects an international community with meaningful local initiatives in Costa Rica, creating opportunities for people to give back to the communities they now call home.

The Little Bees classroom operates on approximately $300 USD per month.
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us reach that goal.
Why We Chose Little Bees
Over the years, many of my clients have asked the same question:
“How can we give back to the local community we now call home?”
That question became the beginning of Apoyando Costa Rica.
After meeting the incredible team behind ACCAI and seeing firsthand the impact they were already making in Brasilito, supporting the Little Bees Program became a natural choice.
Together, we’re creating a simple way for the international community to invest directly in the future of local children through education.
